Vincent Colianni II
is a partner in Colianni & Colianni. He has been with the firm since its inception in October 2000.

Mr. Colianni is a graduate of Santa Clara University’s School of Law and began his legal career as a federal judicial law clerk for the Hon. Robert P. Aguilar of the Northern District of California. After his clerkship, he worked as a commercial litigator for Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco, a six-hundred lawyer international law firm. At Bingham, Mr. Colianni’s practice covered numerous areas, including securities litigation, antirust litigation and unfair competition.

Mr. Colianni is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the Virgin Islands and California.

Mr. Colianni is actively involved in the St. Croix community. He and his wife Asha founded the St. Croix Animal Rescue Foundation (“ARF”), a non-profit organization devoted to caring for the many homeless cats and dogs on St. Croix. Mr. Colianni is a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Christiansted, St. Croix.
